The Freshworks Brand

Over the past decade, Freshworks has grown from a tech standout into a global SaaS brand. As Director of Brand Marketing, I led the creative direction of the company’s IPO and Nasdaq debut, then built a global brand team to transform a portfolio of products into a unified branded house.

Most recently, I led the global “Uncomplicates” campaign, repositioning enterprise software around clarity, speed, and AI that just works as well as spearheaded our partnership with McLaren Racing to elevate awareness and premium brand perception worldwide.

Our efforts encompassed developing the brand identity, visual guidelines, and templates for various platforms, as well as event and video toolkits.
